Ririon ("Ririon", "we", "us") provides focused online tools including Coverly, Clarify and Statementry. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, verification status and authentication records.
- Content you provide: job descriptions, background notes, study topics, textbook images, application notes, answers and other material you submit.
- Usage information: tool-use counts, quiz performance, topics you struggled with, basic connection information and a protected hash of the IP address used for signup-abuse prevention.
- Purchase information: product, access period, transaction status and payment-customer identifiers. Paddle processes payment-card and billing details; Ririon does not store full card details.
Voice and image inputs
When you use a supported browser's voice feature, your browser converts speech into text and Ririon receives the resulting text. Ririon does not intentionally store the original audio recording. Images you upload are processed to provide the requested explanation.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested outputs, enforce free and paid access, remember study topics needing attention, prevent abuse, process purchases, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use specialist providers for hosting, authentication and databases, transactional email, payment processing and AI-assisted generation. They process information as needed to provide their services and under their applicable privacy terms. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for paid transactions.
Retention and security
We keep account, access and transaction records while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, support, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Submitted content may be retained temporarily for processing and troubleshooting. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we use access controls, server-side secrets and encrypted connections to reduce risk.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate fraud and transaction purposes. You may also stop using Ririon or request account deletion by contacting us.
Children
Users under the age required to consent to online services in their country should use Ririon only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian or school. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.
International processing and changes
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Appropriate provider safeguards apply where required. We may update this policy as Ririon changes and will publish the revised effective date here.
