These terms govern your use of Ririon, including Coverly, Clarify and Statementry. By creating an account or using a tool, you agree to them.
What Ririon provides
Ririon provides guided drafts, explanations and practice material based on information you submit. Outputs are assistance, not professional, academic, legal or admissions advice. Review every output before relying on or submitting it.
Your account and information
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use only your own account. You must have permission to submit any notes, images or other materials and should not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Grounded outputs
Automated outputs can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, exam suitability and application requirements.
Free and paid access
Verified accounts receive five free generations per tool unless otherwise displayed. Paid access is purchased separately for each tool. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are one-time purchases that expire after the stated access period and do not automatically renew.
Paddle processes paid transactions as Merchant of Record. Taxes, local pricing and Paddle buyer terms may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ririon to break the law, violate rights, distribute malware, bypass limits, interfere with the service, resell access without permission or create fraudulent applications or evidence. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary.
Ownership
You retain rights in submitted material and may use output produced for you subject to these terms. Ririon's branding, interface, software and original site materials remain owned by or licensed to Ririon.
Availability and liability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, Ririon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or decisions made from unchecked output.
Changes and law
We may update the tools, prices or these terms. These terms are governed by Nigerian law without removing mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country.
